in the UK.
Please call before 1pm and we will collect
your laptop same day . Collections arranged
after 1pm will be collected on the following
day.
All you need to do is put your laptop
, mains adapter / power lead (and recovery
discs if possible), in a box (use a laptop
bag only if no box available).
Step 2
Quote within TWO hrs.
We immediately confirm laptop arrival
by email and by phone.
Step 3
Repair within TWO hrs of
approval. 95% of repairs are completed within 2hrs
of your approval, and if you are in London
you will get your laptop back same day.
(subject to parts availability).
For those who prefer not to proceed with
the repair, we even offer a salvage value
for the broken laptop.
Step 4
Repaired
laptop Despatched.
We immediately advise the repair is complete
& tested, payment is requested, and
the laptop returned with warranty on the
repair.
The repaired laptop is returned on a signed
delivery, to the address we collected
from, or your preferred UK mainland address.
